A Surabaya-born creative professional with more than 15 years of experience in Visual Lighting, Show Management, and Audio Visual Lighting System Integration. Known as "Mas Cap", he combines strong technical discipline with a collaborative creative approach for venues, events, stages, and immersive installations.
His work sits at the intersection of art direction and engineering — a lighting concept only matters if the system behind it runs reliably every single night. That same engineering mindset comes from software: he began as a programmer and web developer between 2011 and 2016, and today works across both worlds — building web apps, mobile apps, and custom systems alongside his visual and AVL projects. Whether it is a show or a codebase, the priorities are the same: clean architecture, reliable systems, and real documentation.
